VALUE PRICED |
The T-Max line of Winches and Recovery Equipement is proof that
premium prices are not required for high-quality recovery gear.

MACHINED PLANETARY GEARS |
T-Max machined gears are strong and hold up to brutality that
winching requires. Other brands and import copies of the T-Max
winch have pressed gears that are not as strong. Machined gears
are standard on all winches rated at or above 9,500lb. |
LOW GEAR RATIO |
T-Max Winches are intentially geared lower to increase control
and safety. The geared-down T-Max features a longer motor life
plus boasts quick line speed under load. |
BIG HORSEPOWER - SERIES
WOUND MOTORS |
T-Max features Series Wound Motors for Serious
Endurance and Reliability. Big T-Max Horsepower coupled with Low
T-Max Gearing creates excellent resistance to overheating and wear.
Our T-Max Outback Series carry the Third Generation 6.6HP Series
Wound Motor |
POSI-LOC - AUTOMATIC BRAKE SYSTEM |
The T-Max Automatic POSI-LOC Brake System locks the drum to the
beefy main gears, the moment winching is stopped. Cone Brakes and
Friction Brakes on other brand winches are less responsive brakes
that wear out and are subject to slippage due to lubrication in
the winch. They are also prone to high heat build-up in the drum
which makes them unsuitable for Synthetic Rope. |
BEARINGS - NOT BUSHES |
The shaft in the the T-Max Winch is bearing driven for smooth,
cooler winching. Additional benefits include less amperage draw
and reduced workload on the motor. |
